From all the deviations you have in your gallery, not many featured such a striking pair of eyes with a gaze that can pierce through your soul. The whole picture, with the smooth strands of hair, soft bits of snow, and velvety fabrics on her robe, clothes, and glove...all of those speaks of mystery, curiosity, even magic. Definitely among my favorites. If there's anything you can improve on this piece, perhaps it's the lines of the nose and the lips. Make it smoother, finer, more subtle. I know those two are always the hardest part of a human face, but since her face is the center of the drawing, it's worth a shot. And the direction from which the hand came should be thought over carefully. I think the arm should start lower, from the corner, to make the hand look more natural, and give more weight to the fingers, since she seemed to carry an iron lantern (which is a little heavy for a finger to carry).
