She is Delei a Royal BlackBlood lol villains look so cute in chibi style XD.So the thing shes summoning are Topus,little shadows,they dont make noise,they just repeat"topu-topu-topu"lol all time,they dont kill people they simply change their body shape in everything they might want,yeah they are cute and not harmful well just when they may eat it you x)
